Shipping policy

Orders ship via Royal Mail next day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Orders received before 2:00pm GMT will ship same-day. Orders received after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the next business day.

International Orders

All orders with destinations outside the UK ship via FedEx International Connect Plus with duties fully prepaid, meaning you will not owe any additional fees upon delivery. In the rare event that the carrier requests payment for duties or taxes, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. Orders received before 2:00pm GMT will ship same-day. Orders received after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the next business day.
