Traditional retail models involve shipping goods from factories to regional warehouses where they sit on shelves, collecting dust and accruing storage fees. We do things differently. To keep our prices as low as possible without compromising on quality, Canard operates a Single Global Fulfillment Center. By shipping directly from our primary global hub to your doorstep, we eliminate the massive overhead of domestic warehousing. This Global-First approach allows us to pass those savings directly to you, ensuring you get a premium product at a fraction of the traditional market price.

The Journey: How Global-First Works

We focus on the efficient, sustainable movement of high-quality goods. Here is how your order gets to you:

1. The 24-Hour Precision Check

Once you place your order, our team at the global hub springs into action. Every single item undergoes a final quality inspection, is hand-packaged, and is prepared for flight within 24 hours.

2. Consolidated Airfreight

To bridge the gap between our global hub and your home, we utilize consolidated airfreight. Instead of sending one package at a time on inefficient routes, we bundle our daily orders into dedicated cargo flights. This is faster and more reliable than standard international mail, but far more cost-effective than traditional express shipping.

3. Local Last-Mile Delivery

Once your package lands in your country, it clears customs and is handed off to a local premium carrier for the final leg of the journey. This ensures that the person delivering the package to your porch is a local professional you already know and trust.

Tracking & Communication

As soon as your order leaves our global hub, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Because we use a global-to-local logistics chain, your tracking may show "Label Created" or "In Transit" for the first 48 hours while it clears the initial export phase. Once it hits your local shores, you will see step-by-step updates until it reaches your door.

The Canard City Tote is a refined everyday carry designed for life in motion. Ideal for commuting, studio sessions, or daily errands, the City Tote delivers practical storage in a clean, modern form.

Pockets and Organization
The tote features a dedicated, padded laptop sleeve that fits devices up to 16”. The main compartment offers open space for daily essentials, folders, or personal items. An interior zip pocket keeps smaller valuables secure and easy to locate. Externally, two quick-access slip pockets provide space for water bottles, chargers, sunglasses, or anything you need to reach without searching.

Carrying and Fit
Soft, reinforced handles are sized for both hand-carry and shoulder-carry comfort. The structured body maintains its shape whether lightly packed or full. The bag’s proportions are optimized for daily use, offering capacity without bulk.

Materials and Construction
The City Tote is constructed using our proprietary MagWeave™ textile with integrated magnetic attachment zones, allowing seamless connection to our accessories and future modular components. The fabric is water-resistant and made from recycled fibers. Hardware is low-gloss metal for durability and a quiet, understated finish. Interior lining is recycled as well, chosen for strength and ease of cleaning.

Designed for long-term use, the Canard City Tote combines functional practicality with a contemporary, timeless aesthetic.
